  • What does partner mean and how do I become one?

    We use the term partner because you invest with us and you earn with us, what better term could define the union? We are Partners! To become a partner, first you must have a cryptocurrency wallet which we believe by now you should have, if you don't, click here to get one. Purchase the cryptocurrency which you want to invest.

    Register as a partner by signing up, fill in your details appropriately and do not disclose your log in details to any one, select the plan you wish to invest and transfer the exact required funds(transferring less than the amount indicated will not reflect on your dashboard and may take some minutes to be rectified from our costumer service). Sit back and watch as you earn daily, cash out weekly!

  • How does the company make profits?
    Just as stated in our homepage, our company has professional traders who engage in marginal-trading, arbitrage, shape-shift and other known trading tactics, with their wealth of experience and accuracy using the pooled investments of our partners, they leverage on the dwindling values of crypto and electronic assets and make profits. It is from this process we derive and can afford to payout the indicated profits on a partners investment.
  • How do I make a withdrawal?
    First you must add a valid wallet of the type of cryptocurrency you want to transact in when registering on the platform. Payment usually takes 1-10 minutes to reflect on your wallet depending on the blockchain traffic at the time. Withdrawals of above $1000 would need a two factor authentication, a confirmation mail is sent to your registered email to validate the transaction.
  • Can I deposit on my dashboard?
    Yes you can, for this purpose there is an invest button . When you invest, you select the appropiate package you need to invest.
  • After my contract can I start a fresh investment?
    Yes, after the 90 day contract elapses, you can have your capital funds paid into your wallet or reinvested back which marks the beginning of a new contract cycle .
  • Can I have an Account Manager who oversees my account?
    Yes, this service is however for investors from the king category and upwards. Your account manager makes your transactions faster, more seamless and more like a priority access because you are in a premium class of partners. This doesn't in anyway mean that our other investors are not well tended to, we love all our partners and try within our best abilities to meet all manner of satisfaction.
  • What happens if there is a delay in processing any transaction?
    A delay can only occur when a wrong input by the user has been made. For example, depositing an amount below that which was originally indicated, inputing an invalid wallet address, inputing a wrong wallet address(using a bitcoin address for an ethereum transaction), inputing an incomplete wallet address. When his occurs, contact costumer care with transaction ref number or hash via any of our costumer care channels and it will be resolved as soon as possible.
  • How active is the costumer care?
    Our costumer care is active everyday 24/7 to tend to the needs of our partners
  • Are transactions carried out on weekends?
    Yes, we transact all day everyday, however weekend transactions may take a bit longer but not more than a couple of hours. It is advised that transactions are best done on weekdays, withdrawals especially.
